Texas School Administrator & Principal Certification Training Program
The McNeil Educational Leadership Foundation
The McNeil Educational Leadership Foundation’s Texas Principal Certification Program was created and gained the State of Texas approval in May of 2002. We gained multiple commendations during our 5-Year Review. Our faculty of high-achieving principals, principal supervisors, educational leadership professors, and successful graduates is currently working as school administrators in school districts, charter schools, and universities.
Quick, Affordable Texas Public School Administrator & Principal Certification
The McNeil Foundation can help you attain a high quality Texas public school principal internship with relevant classroom instruction in as soon as Six (6) Months or One (1) Year. As a student, you will work in a public school setting with a Mentor Principal and a Program Supervisor.
Your principal internship allows you an expeditious and economical way to learn what successful Texas school principals know and do in their daily life at school. This knowing and doing is based on the best practices found in Texas and National Standards for Principals. We want you to see and believe in yourself as an equitable school leader envisioning an Ideal School, Vision, Mission, and Purpose regardless the level of educational leadership to which you aspire. Moreover, we are available to support your professional development during, and after, your completion of our Texas school administrator and principal training programs.
The McNeil Educational Leadership Foundation welcomes you as a participant in our:
- The 21st Century Texas Principal Preparation Program, 12-Month Wheelock Program
- The 21st Century Texas Leadership Program, 6-Month Internship Practicum
- The Texas Principal TExES Review Program, 1-Day
In our Texas Principal Certification Program and on supervisory visits, an array of real school leadership situations and school children's academic increases among all student populations illustrate our points. Saturday classes, or night and weekend classes, are taught by retired and current school administrators as well as successful graduates. Award-winning principals dialogue and simulate lessons with you about School Community Leadership, Instructional Leadership, and Administrative Management.
"Equity and Excellence for All Learners" undergirds everything we do.
